CWA will implement a weekly site visit along with daily monitoring of construction activity, schedules and safety policies.

CWA will be present at all draw request / pay applications.

CWA will be available 24 hours a day for any problems which may arise requiring special attention.

Submittal Process:

CWA will request, review and process (thru appropriate consultants of record) all construction submittals for complete accuracy and compliance of project specifications and exhibits.

CWA will review, submit and log all field test, soil reports and geo-technical as received.
